History of Vero Rebanaditas Lollipops
Vero Rebanaditas Lollipops are manufactured by Dulces Vero, the biggest hard candy manufacturer in Mexico. There is a rich history behind this candy manufacturer. It all began in 1952 when Angel Ibarra Davila and Maria del Refugio thought of opening a candy factory in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Soon afterwards, their factory started making chewy candies that came in colorful wrapping and looked like nougats.
During their initial years, they faced many challenges, including the worst drought in the 1950s that had a huge impact on the local economy and affected the candy industry. After facing all of these challenges, the family decided to move to Culiacan in Sinaloa and continue their business. They changed the name of the company to Dulces Gloria. The company produced innovative candies such as lollipops, which were a huge success and are now used to represent the Dulces Vero company.
Today, Dulces Vero is one of the biggest manufacturers of Mexican candy. Their most popular treats include their famous mango and watermelon flavored lollipops called Rebanaditas, and the fruit-flavored hard candy called Rellerindos. Their newest product, Paletas Del Chavo has also been a huge success and is inspired by the Mexican cartoon character from El Chavo del Ocho.
The company’s innovative products and their representation of Mexican culture is what sets them apart from the rest. Their flavors are loved by millions.
