Bang Energy Drink Review
Though caffeine content is the highest in the market, it didn’t make me feel dizzy or restless. I felt extremely energized, active and awake. My brain felt super active. I did have trouble sleeping even after a long day; that’s probably because of high caffeine. Another thing I liked about bang energy drink is I didn’t feel any energy crash which other drinks give you. It may be because they use artificial sweeteners in place of a high amount of sugar.
I would personally recommend the Bang energy drink over other drinks, especially if you are looking for a pre-workout energy boost. I appreciate the fact that it has 0 sugar, carbs, and artificial colors. Though, I would recommend being little careful drinking it since it has 300 mg of caffeine per can.
Are Bang Energy Drinks Bad For You?
This is a very subjective topic of course. Here is my 2 cents.
On the one hand, these drinks have zero carbs, low calories and zero sugar.
On the other hand, Bang, like other energy drinks, has high caffeine and contains supplements like BCAAs and creatine, usually used by athletes.
But even though the drink has 0 sugar, unlike their competitors, is it really healthy?
A can (16 oz) of Bang energy drink contains 300 mg of caffeine which is equal to the amount of caffeine present in 3 cups of coffee. It is pretty close to the daily limit of 400 mg caffeine. Drinking that much caffeine in 1 can of Bang at once can cause some effects like migraine, nervousness, restlessness, muscle tremors, and fast heartbeat.
So, the best and safest way to consume Bang energy drink is to drink it in moderation. Any drink with such a high level of caffeine should be consumed in moderation – drinking energy drinks regularly may cause some serious health issues for sure. And be sure to consult with your medical professional for professional advice.
