Loacker Wafers are an Italian brand of premium wafers available in various flavors and sizes. Loacker prides itself on using natural ingredients such as Italian hazelnuts, real vanilla pods, pure chocolate and high quality milk. And what they do not use is also important – their products do not have any artificial colors, preservatives, flavors, genetically modified ingredients or hydrogenated fats!
The most popular Loacker Wafers are Napolitaner and Cremkakao. The two flavors are available in almost every category produced by the brand. We are chocolate lovers here, so the Cremkakao is our favorite, to be honest, but all the flavors are pretty good!

History of Loacker Wafers
Loacker is a confectionary company from Italy. It was founded by Alfons Loacker in 1925 and was called Loacker SpA. Initially, the company started operations as a small bakery and café.
Loacker wanted to delve into cakes and tortes, but he did not want to work at night because of his love for football. Instead, he settled for wafers that do not perish quickly. Over the decades, the company became a sensation both regionally and internationally.
Loacker has manufacturing units in Heinfels, Bolzano, and Ritten. In 2019, the company’s overall production captured 30% of the entire Italian wafer and crème market.
