The Best Schlotzsky’s Menu Items

The following are some of the most highly-demanded and scrumptious menu items you’ll find at Schlotzsky’s:

1. The Original Sandwich

The original sandwich has been around since this fast-food chain was first established. The Original sandwich is a representation of the first sandwich that was ever served by the eatery, and thus it never ceases to both amaze and surprise first-timers at Schlotzsky’s. Served with salami, cheese, lettuce, onion, tomatoes, and mustard, the ham is perfectly placed on a bed of olives, making it both flavorful and a little crunchy.

The crisp ham and the melted cheeses take the show away, coupled with the toasted seeded bun. You can also add some sauces in addition to the signature sauce this sandwich is served with to add a bit more flavor to this tasty meal. We recommend adding black pepper, hot sauce, vinegar, or olive oil or mixing them all together for a bold taste.

2. Fiesta Style Sandwich

The Fiesta Style sandwich is served with roast beef, roasted chicken breast, ham, or smoked turkey as its star ingredient, depending on what you choose while placing your order. Packed with cheese, olives, roasted red peppers, lettuce, red and green onions, and tomato, this sandwich is as crunchy as it is delicious.

The chipotle mayo will be sure to add a punch of flavors and make the otherwise bland veggies tastier than expected. This sub is served in a jalapeño cheese bun, which smells so good, that you won’t be able to resist taking a bite!

3. Smoked Turkey Breast Sandwich

Served in a sourdough bun, don’t let this sandwich’s simplicity fool you. The smoked turkey breast’s freshness is perfectly matched by the freshly sliced tomato and an adequate amount of lettuce. The lite mayo might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but it definitely adds a punch of flavor to this sub.

4. Albuquerque Turkey Sandwich

If you’re a fan of loaded smoked turkey and bacon sandwiches, the Albuquerque Turkey sandwich will not disappoint you. Topped with three different slices of cheese and fire-roasted vegetables, this sandwich might get a little messy, so grab your tissues beforehand!

In addition to the jalapeño cheese bun and a signature sauce, the sandwich also features chipotle mayo, which adds a spicy twist to a condiment most of us love. You will also find tomato and lettuce inside this sandwich that adds a perfect amount of crunchiness to it.

5. Italian Calzone

Are you a fan of Italian flavors? The Italian Calzone in the Schlotzsky’s menu might be fulfilling, but it will leave you wanting more of the Genoa Salami, Cotto Salami, Ham, and Pepperoni goodness! Topped with marinara, the sandwich offers a chunky, thick, and rich experience for meat lovers.

The shredded parmesan and mozzarella cheese also take the show away with their creamy goodness. If you’re looking for a perfect balance between creamy and crunchy, the Italian Calzone is definitely worth a try.

6. Veggie Supreme Pizza

Schlotzsky’s menu is filled with options for vegetarians and veggie lovers. However, it’s the Veggie Supreme Pizza that caught our attention when we tried it the first time. The cheesy treat offers the creaminess of two different kinds of cheese, and it is topped with marinara sauce.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a Veggie Supreme Pizza if it didn’t feature some of the most highly-demanded and loved veggies. This pizza, in particular, features tomato, olives, onion, green bell pepper, and mushrooms.

7. BBQ Chicken & Jalapeno Pizza

The BBQ Chicken & Jalapeno Pizza has been around for more than a decade, and its flavor hasn’t changed since then, and we’re not bummed about that at all! Topped with pickled jalapenos, this pizza features delicious and juicy chicken bites that are finger-licking good!

You will also enjoy the two kinds of cheese in this pizza, adding a layer of creaminess that most of us love and enjoy in pizzas, as well as a hint of BBQ sauce to give it an extra layer of taste and aroma. Finally, the freshly cut onion will also add to the juiciness of this pizza.

Not in the mood for hot, heavy, and loaded sandwiches or pizzas? You can try a variety of salads from Schlotzsky’s menu. However, the Turkey Avocado Cobb Salad stole the show for us with avocado as its star ingredient, adding a bit of creaminess and texture to the salad.

In addition to that, you will also find mixed field greens & romaine, turkey, bacon, goat cheese, egg, tomatoes, corn & black bean mix, croutons, and blue cheese dressing in this fulfilling salad bowl.
