History of the Sugar Factory
The founder of the Sugar Factory is Charissa Davidovici who took the entire world by surprise in 2009 when she together with her family opened the first Sugar Factory in Las Vegas. She came up with the idea while discussing candy at the dinner table and that led to the development of the world famous Couture Pop.
A year later they welcomed the first flagship location on the Las Vegas Strip at the Mirage Hotel. It was evident from the beginning that the restaurant was going to be a hit. The restaurant is not just a regular restaurant – it has an attached candy store, a menu full of fun, colorful and of course “instagrammable” cocktails, colorful drinks in goblets, couture lollipops and an extensive dessert menu.

The vastness of celebrity appearances at the Sugar Factory showed that Charissa Davidovici has designed quite the buzz with this new restaurant concept. As the Sugar Factory gradually grew over the years, its fan base increased too. In 2016, Sugar Factory was named “The Most Instagrammed Restaurant in the US.” The Sugar Factory has over 22 locations worldwide and according to Davidovici, the future looks bright with other restaurant concepts arising from this famous brand.

Every item on the Sugar Factory menu is excellent, but their milkshake brings in the “wow” factor. The milkshakes are so much fun and the mix brings the yummy goodness together. Precisely, the Nutella Banana Milkshake is in a league of its own. We are talking of an item whose recipe includes; ice cream blended with Nutella with banana chunks, then it is topped with whipped cream, chocolate-dipped banana, unicorn lollipop, and a candy necklace served in a mug that is chocolate covered with a rainbow sprinkle.
